Brand new to kratom - where should I start?

Hi everyone. I have been researching kratom for potential help with chronic pain management and found this platform. The amount of data here is impressive but also a bit overwhelming. Can someone walk me through what the grades actually mean? I see AAA through F but what should a first timer look for? Should I stick with vendors that have blind buy verification? Any guidance would be really appreciated.
