I have been reading through the Science Hub alkaloid pages and wanted to start a discussion about the practical differences between 7-OH and MIT extract products. From what I understand, 7-hydroxymitragynine has much higher receptor affinity but the full spectrum MIT extracts preserve more of the plant profile. Has anyone compared similar grade products across these two types? The alkaloid encyclopedia page here has great receptor binding data.
